"Core's proposed concept of an innovative, community-oriented development including affordable senior apartments and luxury homes and agricultural open space in the Valley of Heart’s Delight is taking root. On September 29th, Santa Clara City Council selected Core to lead master planning and development of the remaining acreage on Winchester. Core now enters into an exclusive agreement with the City of Santa Clara to continue neighborhood outreach and site design. Construction is currently slated to begin by January 2017.

Agrihoods Around the Country→
