BAREC/Win6/Agrihood update
There is a Planning Commission meeting next week on Wed, Aug 8th at 7pm at Santa Clara City Council Chambers.

You can hear the developer (Core Companies) present their recently titled Agrihood project, an updated version of their original project called Sustainable Santa Clara.

For now, the site is a parking lot for Valley Fair employees during construction. Westfield currently pays $20,000/month (on top of the $10,000 they paid to the City to the Senior Center and the Parks Department), a win-win-win for the city, the community, and the developer while Valley Fair gets finished.
